Our light bi-folding gate is the ideal solution for customers looking for a practical, space-saving and cost-effective access system. The bi-folding design allows the gate leaves to fold as they open, reducing the space required for operation. This makes it an excellent choice for residential properties, commercial premises and industrial sites with restricted access areas.

Manufactured from high-quality steel, the gate is hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated to provide durable protection against corrosion and weather conditions. The result is a robust, attractive and low-maintenance gate designed for long-term use.

Gate Infill Options

Our light bi-folding gate is available with a range of standard infill options to suit different requirements and architectural styles:

• Vertical closed profiles: 25 × 25 mm, with approximately 100–110 mm spacing.
• Horizontal closed profiles: 80 × 20 mm or 100 × 20 mm, with 40 mm spacing.
• Welded mesh infill: D868.

Custom infill configurations can also be offered on request, allowing you to choose a solution tailored to your property’s requirements.

One of our most popular configurations is the 4000 × 1700 mm bi-folding gate with automatic operation, combining convenient access with an efficient, space-saving design.

Standard Equipment

The gate is supplied with the following components:

• Gate leaves and supporting posts
• Gear levers for the bi-folding mechanism
• Fixing screws and bolts

The gear levers enable the gate leaves to fold during opening and closing, helping to minimise the operating space required.

Automation Kit (Optional)

For added convenience, an automation kit is available and includes:

• 2 × Roger or FAAC drive units
• 1 × Control board
• 3 × Remote controls
• 1 × Pair of photocells
• 1 × LED warning light

Automatic operation provides convenient access to your property at the touch of a button.

Safety Edges Kit (Optional)

An optional safety edges kit is available to provide additional protection during gate operation. The kit includes:

• 6 × Horizontal safety edges
• 2 × Vertical safety edges
• Wiring installed inside the gate frame

• CE conformity documentation
